Sonakshi Sinha

Sonakshi Sinha, an Indian actress was born on 2^nd of June, 1987.

Her career as an actress:

She played the romantic interest of the male protagonists in several top-grossing Indian Dramas including Rowdy Rathore, Son of Saardar, and Dabbang 2 in the year 2012. Also, in the year 2014, she appeared in another film named Holiday: A soldier is never off duty. As well as in the year 2013, she portrayed a woman suffering from Tuberculosis in the romantic movie named Lootera.

Her involvement in Philanthropy:

She is a professional animal lover and she has posed for a PETA campaign advocating the adoption and sterilization of dogs and cats. And then, she starred in a one-minute video in PSA in order to urge people to adopt animals and have them sterilized.

Also she said, “Breeders, pet stores and people who don’t sterilize their animals are responsible for all the animals that end up homeless. Every time someone buys a dog or cat from a breeder or pet store, a homeless animal roaming the streets or waiting in an animal shelter loses a chance at a home and a good life. “

Sonakshi is the daughter of the popular Bollywood actor and politician Shatrughan Sinha and actress Poonam Sinha. She has two elder twin brothers Luv Sinha and Kush Sinha. Luv is a Bollywood actor who acted in the movie Sadiyaan in the year 2010, whereas Kush got married to Taruna Agrawal.

Is Sonakshi Sinha collaborating for Badshah?

Because of the image Akira shared on her Twitter page, itseems actress Sonakshi Sinha and singer-rapper Badshah will be joining hands for an album or a song.

“Twinning and winning at the recording studio with Badhshah,” Sonakshi tweeted.

Also last year, when Sonakshi was promoting Akira in Delhi, Badshah joined her for an impromptu gig.

Sonakshi Sinha to Judge Nach Baliye season 8

Dance reality show Nach Baliye will  soon begin with its eighth season, and actress Sonakshi Sinha is going to  judge the contestants with choreographers Saroj Khan and Terrence Lewis, reports India TV.

Ms Khan and Mr Lewis have both hosted previous seasons of Nach Baliye – last year, the appointment of author Chetan Bhagat as a judge caused both confusion and mirth. Actors Upasana Singh and Karan Singh Grover are expected to host this season and rumours suggest Karan’s wife Bipasha Basu will also co-host the first episode.
